Our founder, Dr. Charnes Chiu, is a US trained and board certified nephrologist who has more than 10 years of healthcare experience in the field of Nephrology and Hypertension.  

Dr. Chiu understands that patients, for a variety of reasons, often have questions or concerns that are not fully addressed during physician visits.  He created Elite Renal Care as an information service to provide answers, clarity, guidance and reassurance.
